Legal framework
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Daller website, account features and enquiry services operated by DALLER FAMILY PARTNERSHIP LTD.
Scope and acceptance
By accessing this website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and the documents referenced within them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use account or submission features.
Information, not an offer
Website material is provided for general information. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal or property advice; it is not an offer, solicitation, valuation or commitment to enter a transaction. Any opportunity is subject to separate review, diligence, documentation and approval.
Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify support@dallerhome.com or use the contact form if you believe access has been compromised. OneHub accounts may be shared across participating sites. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry does not create an advisory, agency, fiduciary, partnership or contractual relationship. Do not send confidential or legally privileged information until suitable arrangements have been agreed. Where you separately opt in, service or product messages may be sent by email or SMS and consent may be withdrawn.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site design, Daller name, mark, text and original visual material are owned by or licensed to DALLER FAMILY PARTNERSHIP LTD. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal evaluation, but may not republish, sell, remove notices or imply endorsement.
Third-party services
The website uses OneHub for content, authentication, forms and related services. External services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or for content supplied through links outside our control.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing principles
We may update these terms when the service, law or operating practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Mandatory rights and applicable law continue to apply; any dispute should first be raised through our contact form so the issue can be considered directly.
