The OneHub contract states that visitor IP addresses used for aggregate analytics are stored only as truncated hashes.

Information is used to operate and secure the website, authenticate accounts, respond to enquiries, manage subscriptions, understand aggregate use, prevent abuse, keep records of consent and comply with legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only where the relevant optional consent has been given.
OneHub and service providers
OneHub provides the website's backend content, settings, authentication, contact, subscription and analytics services. Hosting and delivery may be provided through Cloudflare Workers. Providers process information to deliver these functions and are expected to apply appropriate safeguards.
Sessions, cookies and local storage
After successful authentication, the website stores the OneHub session credential in a secure HTTP-only, same-site cookie so browser scripts cannot read it. A random anonymous analytics identifier may be held in session storage and expires with the browser session. We do not use this implementation to expose API keys to the client.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. We use access controls and server-side credential handling, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from optional communications, withdraw marketing consent and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may require identity verification.
